Philipp is a member of the Corporate/ M&A practice group and primarily advises national and international investors as well as start-ups and growth companies in the area of venture capital in all phases of the “investment life cycle”, from foundation to exit. A particular focus of his advisory services is on fintechs. In addition, Philipp Seimel is active in advising on M&A transactions.
