Fritz studied law at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, where he earned his doctorate with a dissertation in the field of tort law. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Würzburg. There, he was awarded the faculty's teaching prize for outstanding achievements in academic teaching.
Fritz regularly publishes in legal journals, particularly on topics related to liability and tort law.
