David Konrath specialises in Austrian and European competition law. He regularly represents companies in cartel proceedings – including dawn raids, leniency applications, fine proceedings and the pursuit or defence of antitrust damages claims – and also advises on complex merger control cases.
His practice further covers state aid and the application of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation, and he supports companies in structuring cooperations and distribution systems. He has particular experience in abuse of dominance matters and also advises on antitrust compliance. In addition, he assists clients with foreign direct investment control.
