Clemens is a member of the employment, pensions & mobility team and supports in advising national and international clients on all aspects of employment law. His focus is on employment law matters related to drafting contracts, leasing of employees as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions.
He gained experience representing clients in front of governmental authorities as well as courts and has expertise in sports law issues, particularly in connection with employment law.
