Franziska advises and represents public authorities and companies on issues of public planning and environmental law. She has her office in Düsseldorf.
One focus is on advising project developers and approval authorities on infrastructure projects, particularly in aviation law. In doing so, she ensures the legal preparation and implementation of administrative procedures, implements projects in accordance with environmental and planning law, and reconciles the public law framework with the political and/or business objectives of her clients.
