Elliot Michaelson Taylor

Elliot is a senior associate in the Tax and Incentives group, specialising in employee incentives.

Elliot advises on a full range of employee incentive and employment tax matters, and has particular experience with takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of tax-favoured and non-tax favoured equity arrangements, and equity incentivisation for management and start-ups.

Elliot is joint secretary of the Share Plan Lawyers Tax Committee.

Elliot is a member of Taylor Wessing's multidisciplinary Israel Group.
