Joshua is a senior associate in our Corporate team. He advises investors and technology companies (including start-ups, scale-ups and spin-outs) on seed investment, venture capital fundraising, M&A, private equity and other general corporate matters.
Joshua has a particular interest in the health-tech and life sciences sectors and is a key member of our Israel Group.
