This is why our Diversity and Inclusion Committee reports regularly to our UK Executive Board and each of our inclusion networks has a partner sponsor, clear objectives and agreed priorities.

To create long-term and wider change, we also focus our community engagement and pro bono projects on inclusion.

Pay gap reporting

We welcome legislation that requires all businesses with over 250 employees to report their gender pays. This year we report our gender and ethnicity pay gaps, providing additional data and analysis.
