Elinor Picton

Elinor is a senior counsel in the Corporate group and is part of the Corporate Technology & Life Sciences team. She advises investors and technology-focused companies, including start-ups, on venture capital investments, M&A transactions and other general corporate matters.

Elinor focuses, in particular, on supporting high growth companies, investors and entrepreneurs in the technology sector as they progress through their entire life cycle from funding rounds, through expansion and acquisition, to exit.

Elinor joined Taylor Wessing as a trainee in 2014.
