Deepti Patankar

As an ex-founder, Deepti specialises in advising investors, high growth companies and their founders on funding rounds from seed stage to late stage and all the way to exits. Deepti also regularly acts on cross border M&A matters in the technology space. 

Deepti regularly advises companies ranging from early stage start-ups to late stage unicorns on a wide range of corporate matters including buybacks, internal business expansion and corporate restructurings. Her clients value her business background and commercial insight gained as a start-up founder who expanded her business across Europe and raising multiple rounds of funding. Deepti's practice is focused on technology start-ups with particular emphasis on crypto, SaaS and female led businesses.
