Richard is a senior counsel in the Corporate team specialising in M&A, venture capital, and strategic projects in the technology, media and life science sectors.

Richard has extensive experience advising clients in gaming, fintech, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital security, consumer and retail, and renewables. He acts for strategic technology businesses, investment funds, founders and start-ups.

Richard has over 10 years' experience providing M&A and commercial advice on complex, high-value transactions for clients at the leading-edge of their industries. He regularly acts for international investors, including many of the leading North American and Asian technology companies, on inward investment and acquisitions in the UK and Europe. Clients value his ability to translate legal complexity into commercial reality and his enduring support as a trusted advisor.
