Chris specialises in complex cross-border M&A, private equity investments, fundraisings, restructurings and joint ventures. Chris also has particular experience advising on limited liability partnership and limited partnership matters.
He acts for clients including private equity sponsors, management teams, family offices and corporates. He regularly acts for US-based clients investing in the UK. Chris has also acted for the UK Government on matters including the establishment of The British Business Bank and the establishment of the UK International Climate Fund.
Chris advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on financial services, life sciences and energy and infrastructure. He is especially interested in the cross-over between these sectors and innovative technological solutions.
