Chris specialises in complex cross-border and UK private equity investments, acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings and joint ventures. He has particular expertise in advising on minority and growth capital investments.
Chris acts for clients including private equity sponsors, founders, management teams and corporates. He also has significant experience in acting for privately wealthy individuals and family offices and for US-based clients investing in the UK.

He advises clients across a broad range of sectors, but particularly in the financial services, life sciences and energy sectors. He is especially interested in the cross-over between these sectors and innovative technological solutions.
Chris was listed by Law.com as one of the best 25 young private equity lawyers in the UK and Europe in 2022 and co-led the team that won Life Sciences Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2022. He was listed as a key lawyer in Taylor Wessing's M&A team in Legal 500 in 2021.
