Tim is a senior associate in our Disputes & Investigations team and has particular expertise in mass claims and various types of commercial disputes, especially disputes relating to real estate. He is very comfortable with high-profile multi-jurisdictional and complex disputes, acting for both national and international companies.

Clients value his hands-on approach and his skills in helping them to manage their risks when facing acute problems. Furthermore, Tim is co-author of the book ‘Procesrechtelijke aspecten van de wet afwikkeling massaschade in collectieve actie (WAMCA)’ (Procedural law aspects of the Settling of Large-scale Losses or Damage Act).
