Aansa is a senior counsel in our Banking & Finance group. Aansa has extensive experience in advising a range of borrowers, major financial institutions, debt funds and alternative lenders in relation to a broad range of complex and cross-jurisdictional debt financings.
Aansa has particular expertise in acting for borrowers (including start-ups, corporates and ultra-high net worth individuals) and specialises in real estate finance (both investment and development), Islamic finance and early-stage venture debt finance for technology focused companies.
