Claudia is a member of the CEE Management Board. She serves as Head of Banking & Finance and Head of Financial Institutions in the region and also specialises in Corporate and M&A. She’s highly regarded for her expertise in corporate and acquisition finance as well as general corporate and transactions.
Within Banking & Finance, Claudia advises in all areas of finance law. With regards to acquisition finance, she mainly advises on borrower’s side, but also supports banks, especially when it comes to bank (concession) issues regarding cross-border activities.
Claudia also supports national and international clients in all areas of corporate law, be it company foundations, restructurings or liquidations. She is regularly involved in (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions. Beyond that, Claudia focuses on advising, establishing and supporting private foundations.
She is an executive board member of the Expert Senate for Corporate Law & Corporate Governance (Fachsenat für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht & Corporate Governance) at the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Auditors, a management board member of several Austrian private foundations and a supervisory board member of a number of Austrian companies.
Claudia specialises in working with clients from the manufacturing and industrial sector and private wealth clients.
