Alper is a lawyer for banking and finance and a qualified freight forwarding agent. He is specialised in domestic and cross border asset finance transactions in the transportation sector covering aircraft and rolling stock financings.

He advises lenders, borrowers, lessors and lessees on all transaction - related aspects of financing, leasing and security agreements on the basis of the commercial and client-specific requirements of the deal.
