AI Literacy With E-Learning

The EU’s AI Regulation is the world’s first regulation to govern artificial intelligence. The first obligations of the Regulation came into force in February 2025, including the requirement to ensure AI literacy through employee training. With our newly developed e-learning on AI literacy, you can fulfil this obligation flexibly, effectively and in a legally compliant manner.

Who needs to be trained?

The AI literacy requirement applies to companies that use artificial intelligence.
In principle, all companies are affected. The AI Regulation does not specify any minimum sizes or thresholds for companies
According to the Regulation, the entire workforce must receive “basic training”. Depending on the role of the employee (e.g. HR or IT) or the type of AI used (e.g. low or high risk) further training is required.

What are the advantages of e-learning?

Flexible: training can be scheduled individually.
Effective: the tool appeals to different senses with texts, videos and pictures so that users can easily absorb information.
