James Watkins

James is a senior associate in our Employment Pensions and Mobility team. He advises on all aspects of UK employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, policies and procedures.

James also advises on employment terminations, redundancies and the enforceability of restrictive covenants and provides specialist employment support within the context of domestic and international corporate and commercial transactions.

He is a member of our USA group and Inward Investment group, and regularly works with US clients who are looking to set up and establish a presence in the UK. James is also involved in the Tech Focus group and regularly provides advice to start-up companies based in London’s Tech City. As a leading inward investment adviser, James is involved in our EMEA General Counsel offering to North American based clients.
