Dominic is an associate in the Private Wealth Group, based in our London office.
He advises UHNW and HNW individuals, families, trustees, and private financial institutions on complex disputes involving trusts, corporate structures, and cross-border assets.
Dominic is building a practice at the intersection of private wealth and private capital, with a particular focus on matters where family investment vehicles, banking arrangements, and commercial interests interact.
He has experience assisting on high-value contentious trust and estate matters, civil fraud claims, and succession disputes. Recent cases have included proceedings in England, The Bahamas, BVI, Italy, France and Jersey.
We have, once again, successfully defended Grampian Trust Company Ltd (Grampian) with the Privy Council having unanimously dismissed the appeal of Mrs Dawson-Damer in respect of what is undoubtedly one of the largest trust cases to have been pursued in the Bahamas and appealed up to the Privy Council.
