Karen is a senior counsel in our Private Client team in London. Karen specialises in probate and the administration of high value and often multi-jurisdictional estates.
Karen advises on all aspects of Inheritance Tax arising in an estate and has extensive experience of negotiating with HM Revenue & Customs in relation to domicile, valuation and reliefs. Karen has an in-depth knowledge of the taxation of the estate administration period and the devolution and distribution of estates. In addition, Karen has considerable experience in obtaining UK Grants of Representation for both her UK and foreign clients.
