Tom Connock

Tom is a senior associate in the Private Client team. He advises on a wide range of private client issues and has established a varied practice. Tom has particular experience dealing with issues of family governance and succession planning, helping clients navigate delicate and complex matters which require custom legal solutions. His work includes the drafting of Wills, powers of attorney, as well as the establishment of trusts and corporate structures.

Tom's acts for high net worth individuals and families – both in the UK and overseas – as well as trustees and beneficiaries of trusts of considerable value in a variety of jurisdictions.

Tom also has experience on contentious matters – including Court of Protection issues and inheritance disputes – and so is able to identify litigation risks and help mitigate these for his clients.

Tom is an active member of the Private Wealth sector group and works with colleagues across the firm in different specialist areas to find the best solutions for his clients.
