Matthew specialises in leading on complex and multi-faceted projects which enhance clients' assets and grow clients' portfolios. His wide variety of skills and ability to co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams to drive through transactions is central to the service he offers.
He acts for investors, property companies, financial institutions, government bodies, banks, and occupational tenants. His client base is varied and he often acts for domestic or overseas investors as well as entrepreneurs on acquisitions, disposals and JV matters.
