Charlotte is a senior associate in the Private Client team. She advises on a wide range of private client issues, including UK tax residency, the establishment and administration of trusts, Wills and powers of attorney.
Charlotte also advises on cross-border succession and taxation planning for domestic and international clients, acting for both individuals and professional trustees. In this regard, she has experience creating and restructuring tax-efficient trust and corporate structures, and also auditing structures from an asset-protection perspective.
