Charlotte is a senior counsel in the Private Client group, acting for high and ultra high net worth individuals, families, family offices and trustees.
Charlotte's practice encompasses a wide range of matters, including wealth structuring, succession and estate planning, UK taxation and tax regularisation and enquiries – many of which have a cross-border and international focus. With extensive experience in the domestic and global contexts, Charlotte has a particular focus on advising in respect of trust structuring and other asset holding structures, while her expertise across the advisory and contentious fields makes her well placed to advise from an asset-protection perspective.
Charlotte regularly advises individuals and trustees in relation to HMRC enquiries and voluntary disclosures.
