Iain is the Client Insights Manager responsible for our client insights programme across UK, Ireland and the Middle East. Iain is based in the UK. A solicitor by background with over 15 years' experience within the legal sector, Iain joined the firm in 2021 and works with our practice and sector teams to proactively seek insight and feedback from our clients, directly enabling strategic decision making at a global level.
Through the client insights programme, we have bolstered our focus on client service excellence, strengthening relationships and increased collaboration with clients. The client insights garnered through the programme are utilised to consistently align our objectives with our clients' expectations, needs and desires, helping the firm to realise its ambition of becoming the most client-centric law firm.
