Ilse is our Business Development & Innovation Manager in the Netherlands and Belgium. She is highly valued for her outstanding analytical skills and ability to think outside the box.

Ilse has an innate gift for understanding new kinds of technology, and clients count on her to devise successful arguments and strategies, both in court and when advising on a freedom to operate, IP transactions, or IP (licensing and R&D) agreements.

She has played a key role in multiple high profile pharmaceutical patent proceedings and has a wealth of experience in noteworthy cross-border litigation before the Dutch court. Her clients range from pharmaceutical companies to large manufacturers of electronic devices.

Ilse is also very proficient in trademark and advertising law, having coordinated anti-counterfeit measures for global trademark proprietors well-known in the fashion industry.

She takes her dedication to her clients to the next level by designing innovative and creative concepts to enhance the way law firms work.
