Pia is specialised in advising family businesses and wealthy individuals. One focus of her work is on succession planning, be it through the transfer of assets during life or death. Pia has particular expertise in the drafting of wills and inheritance contracts with an international connection as well as in the estate planning of international assets.
In addition, Pia regularly advises family foundations as well as charitable foundations and non-profit limited liability companies. Her expertise covers the establishment of foundations and limited liability companies as well as their ongoing advice, including advice to founders and beneficiaries or shareholders.
