Lilian advises and assists national and international companies, in particular family companies, investors and wealthy individuals in corporate and transactional matters. This includes the advice and negotiation of company successions, company acquisitions and sales, (growth) investments and club deals.
In addition, her practice includes the legal support of start-ups, many of which have succeeded in becoming established companies. For many clients, Lilian has been a long-standing “trusted adviser” which is a role attributable to her target-oriented and efficient management of client matters for family businesses and entrepreneurial families, with whose concerns she is very familiar.
