Johanna is part of the Employment and Pensions Team in Hamburg. She advises German and international companies as well as executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including labour court litigation and representation in works constitutional conciliation boards.
Johanna regularly represents employers in legal disputes with employees and works councils. A particular focus of hers is on litigation in bonus claim proceedings.
