Martins focus is on advising in particular investors, hospitals, operators of medical care centers (MVZ), laboratory companies, private equity houses and digital health start-ups on all issues of regulatory health law, in particular on the licensing of medical care centers, contract physician law, professional law and digital health solutions.
In addition, Martin assits the firm in advising clients in the public sector and vis-à-vis politicians and associations. Furthermore, he is a lecturer at the Hochschule of Aalen.
Martin is a member of the Environmental Planning & Regulatory Practice Area and the Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry Group.
