An equity fund advised by AFINUM Management GmbH (AFINUM) together with the management via OOH Media GmbH has invested in the Düsseldorf media agency It Works GmbH. AFINUM was legally advised by Taylor Wessing on the transaction. On the side of AFINUM, Jochen Martin and Burkhard von Wangenheim led the transaction. Under the lead management of Düsseldorf-based Partner Ernst-Albrecht von Beauvais, the law firm has already been advising AFINUM on investments in and acquisitions of mid-sized companies for several years.
The Düsseldorf-based It Works GmbH is one of Germany’s leading public media providers. As a neutral special broker in the field of out-of-home marketing, the company specializes in consulting, optimization and the purchase of all classic, digital and special advertising media in outdoor advertising. It works develops and plans tailor-made and efficient out-of-home strategies.
AFINUM intends to further strengthen the company's capital base and continue its successful growth strategy.
