Lucy is an Associate in the Disputes & Investigations team in London. Lucy acts for clients in complex high-value commercial disputes in a range of sectors, including financial services, property, recruitment, media and entertainment.
Lucy advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, professional negligence, misrepresentation, breach of trust, defamation and shareholder claims.
Lucy has significant experience of litigation in the High Court, as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Lucy has worked with, and acted for, a number of litigation funders.
Lucy has a particular interest in the growing areas of ESG-disputes and climate change litigation, and has published articles and guides on these topics.
