Jessica specialises in large-scale commercial litigation and arbitration. She advises on complex international disputes across a range of industry sectors, including financial services, natural resources, media and telecommunications and aviation.
She has extensive experience of representing clients in commercially and politically sensitive matters. Her cases involve civil fraud, shareholder actions and joint venture disputes concerning interests located in a variety of jurisdictions including Central Asia, Eastern Europe and off-shore such as the BVI. She also has experience in high value professional negligence disputes involving members of the legal and accounting profession.
As a trainee solicitor, Jessica worked on secondment to Mercedes Benz UK Ltd as well as HCA International, a leading private healthcare provider. She is a fluent French speaker and, prior to commencing her training in London, worked in the corporate team of the Paris-based law firm August Debouzy.
Jessica is particularly interested in the emerging body of climate change litigation. She writes extensively on the latest trends and cases, with a view to understanding the future risks these might pose to businesses.
