Ryan is a senior associate in the private equity group. He has experience advising private equity houses, sponsors, portfolio companies, corporates and management teams on buyouts, debt and equity financing and restructurings.

Ryan advises across a range of industry sectors including technology, media and communications, manufacturing, professional and financial services and healthcare. He also has experience advising venture funds, investors and start-ups as well as on general corporate matters.
