Marcin is an of counsel and has over 14 years’ experience as a Tax advisor.
He specialises in VAT, CIT regulations, excise duty and trade of excise goods and has in particular expertise in different types of transactions in different sectors of industry (among others: Technology, Media & Communications, Business & Professional Services, Consumer & Retail, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Financial Institutions).
Marcin advises national and international clients in relation to international trade, M&A transactions, restructuring, joint ventures and financial transactions. As a former official in the Ministry of Finance as well as the Central Board of Customs he has broad understanding in representing clients in disputes with fiscal administrative bodies and administrative courts.
