Ben is a senior counsel in the Private Client group. Ben advises ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices on wealth preservation, specialising in fiscal and succession issues, typically spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Ben’s practice includes advising on complex wealth holding structures including trusts, corporate entities and foundations. He has particular experience of complex cross-border estates and innovative wealth holding and investment structures such as family limited partnerships.
