Experience

Corcentric acquires SaaS platform	Corcentric, a fast-growing provider of procurement and financial process automation solutions, on its USD32m acquisition of Determine, Inc, a global SaaS solutions provider in Source to Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management.
Knotel, on the acquisition of its majority stake in Deskeo	Knotel, the flexible workspace operator, on its European expansion by taking a majority stake in French start-up Deskeo, the largest office space rental operation in Paris. The move allows the American giant to take root in Europe, after a launch in London in late 2018 and the recent acquisition of Ahoy! in Berlin.
