Elisabeth advises national and foreign companies on all matters relating to M&A and venture-capital transactions, joint-ventures and general corporate law. In that respect, she focuses on advising corporate clients, investors and technology-driven companies.
Together with her team, she routinely acts for her clients in the entire life of a company - from its formation to its exit. Elisabeth teaches corporate law and corporate finance at the Munich Business School and the Center for Digital Technology and Management, a joint institution of the two universities in Munich, the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) and the Technische Universität München (TUM).
