His deep understanding of the cultural and economic characteristics of the Asian market and his valuable relationships there also make him a sought-after advisor for M&A transactions and joint ventures involving Chinese companies. In addition, Klaus advises shareholders, companies and corporate bodies on complex corporate law matters. He has extensive sector expertise in the logistics, chemicals, automotive and manufacturing industries.
Klaus successfully led Taylor Wessing's Corporate / M&A practice group for more than 12 years until October 2024 and in this function contributed significantly to its current size, perception and strength.
