Since 1996, Christian has been advising companies on the acquisition, use and exploitation of new technologies and content, primarily on issues of intellectual property, data protection and regulatory requirements.
He successfully applies his "extensive industry know-how" (Client Choice Media Entertainment Award 2018) and his international expertise in disputes before courts as well as arbitration tribunals; several of the proceedings he has conducted have led to landmark judgments by the highest courts. Christian is also an active author and lecturer on topics related to his work and is a leading member of corresponding associations. For 20 years he has been recommended in his area of expertise by the relevant national and international legal handbooks.
