Arno is a member of the Practice Area Commercial and Distribution Law. He advises companies on all legal issues in the areas of procurement and distribution (in particular e-commerce, commercial agent and authorized dealer systems) and product liability.
His work includes contract drafting and negotiation as well as representation in disputes before state courts, arbitration tribunals and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. His clients include national and international industrial and commercial companies.
