Wolfgang’s profound knowledge in every aspect of real estate is a result of his longstanding experience as a real estate lawyer and additionally underpinned by the fact that he is also a qualified real estate agent and property manager. He advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law, having a focus on tenancy and construction disputes in front of authorities and courts, real estate transactions and the negotiation and drafting of tenancy, lease and property purchase agreements. In addition, Wolfgang has many years of practical experience in public law, in particular in building law, regional planning law and industrial facility regulations.
Wolfgang is also a certified compliance and data protection officer.
