Markéta’s memberships in the Czech Employment Lawyers Association and the Labour Code and Social Affairs Committee of the American Business Chamber in the Czech Republic as well as her professional articles underpin her strong expertise in employment law.

She specialises in individual employment law, having a focus on employment and managing director agreements, the termination of employment relationships, settlements with key employees or directors, benefits and premium plans, job reductions and redundancy, transfer of undertakings, agency employment, personal data protection, employer duties in relation to healthcare & social insurance and collective bargaining and labour litigation. She will also advise you in corporate matters.
