Richard is the Co-Head of Litigation Funding at Taylor Wessing and has unparalleled experience in matters relating to litigation funding, having succeeded at trial on some of the market's largest funded matters. His track record of winning at trial means that he is regularly instructed to take cases over from other firms. He also acts for and advises a number of litigation funders on issues unique to the litigation funding market.
