Matthew advises on a range of commercial technology matters and has experience advising technology and e-commerce clients. He has worked on broad commercial contracts, digital marketing agreements, advertising and broadcast clearance, e-commerce regulatory and consumer production matters. Further to this, he has advised on image rights and content clearance issues, content licensing and distribution, prizes, contests and promotions, brand protection, affiliate and marketing agreements, and a wide range of commercial technology transactions.

Matthew has considerable industry experience from time spent on secondment at a leading global e-commerce retailer, working with an abundance of technology platforms including mobile e-commerce, digital on-demand television, mobile internet and general digital delivery of content. Matthew works with clients across a number of sectors, including Technology, Media & Communications, Consumer &Retail and Fashion & Luxury Brands.
