Lisa advises on all aspects of residential property, including high-end sales and purchases, restructuring and refinancing, lease extensions and landlord and tenant issues. She also advises developers on the setting up of schemes for prime London residential developments. Her client base is international and includes individuals, investors, developers, trustees, and private banks.

With the support of the commercial Real Estate Team, Lisa can offer developer clients the full range of services in relation to the setting up of mixed use and high value residential development schemes from the site acquisition to the individual unit sales. With a significant element of Lisa's work being for international clients, she supports the Private Wealth team to ensure clients receive comprehensive advice on the structuring and taxation aspects of proposed transactions. She also works closely with the firm's Construction, Banking and Finance and Planning teams on large scale acquisitions, refinancing work, and development work.
