James is an Associate in our Private Client team, specialising in Contentious Trust and Estate matters. His work covers disputes in both England and Wales, and in offshore jurisdictions.
James has experience of disputes involving proprietary estoppel, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between executors and trustees, and between executors or trustees and beneficiaries.
He also has experience of shareholder disputes and partnership disputes between family members.
