Graham heads the UK team advising clients on their commercial, IT and data issues. He's one of the UK's leading lawyers working at the intersection of media and technology. Graham also leads our UK Games and eGaming group, and has built a significant practice advising many of the most ambitious companies in the sector.

Graham's career built around a deep understanding of, and interest in technology. Before becoming a lawyer, he earned a degree in computer science and started his career as a computer programmer for Siemens. After changing to law, Graham worked in-house during the dotcom boom, leading the legal team for AOL-backed internet startup Mviva. Graham advises digital business from early-stage ventures through to global brands. He's particularly experienced in working with clients from the fintech, payments, ecommerce, healthtech, digital publishing, edtech, and fashion technology sectors. Graham can guide you through transformational projects around IT and data, ecommerce and the 'store of the future', content and digital publishing, supply chains, consumer campaigns & marketing, and connected vehicles.

Graham regularly advises international technology businesses on how to set up or invest in Europe, with a particular focus on working with companies from the US and Far East.
