Margarita advises clients on brands, content and advertising, which involves the protection, exploitation and enforcement of soft IP rights and in particular trade marks, copyrights and domain names. This includes a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including soft IP disputes and infringements, content infringements, trade mark portfolio management and registry actions. This also includes advising on IP-related commercial agreements and transactions, including marketing, talent/influencer, sponsorship and partnership agreements, licensing and assignment agreements, IP transactions and corporate support
Margarita also advises clients on a wider range of commercial and technology contracts and transactions. This includes contractual, technology and IP due diligence in corporate transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular technology contracts.
Margarita also has experience advising on protecting the reputation of individuals and companies, dealing with matters of confidentiality and defamation.
