Elena Glengarry

Elena is an associate specialising in all aspects of brand protection. She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand and advises on contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters such as clearance, prosecution and enforcement.

Elena acts for some of the world's leading brands particularly within the telecommunications, entertainment and FMCG industries. She has experience in managing international trade mark portfolios, advising on trade mark infringement and customs enforcement of IP rights.
