Clare is a senior professional support lawyer in the Real Estate and Construction group. She has specialised in commercial property law since 2008, dealing with investors, funders, developers and asset managers in relation to many high-value transactions. Clare now provides technical legal support to the commercial real estate team, advising on complex transactional points. With responsibility for continual improvement and development, she also trains the team and clients, keeping both abreast of legal developments. Clare sits on the Law Society's Property Section committee, and lectures in property law on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster.
